Aslo, check out this documentary on Roger Linn who Invented the first Drum Machine and single handedly changed the face of modern music as we know it.
and here are some tracks off the New BJ Lp which definitely lives up to all the hype in my opinion. (Check out that Talkbox/Guitar solo on "We got it Going On"!!!)

i'm not shocked to see that kanye west's music gets progressively worse, which is perfectly parallel to his attitude. this is daft punk screwed w/ a meritless vocal on top. at least busta worked daft punk out a little. this guy sucks.
Kanye isn't just rapping over a daft punk track. he's changed the meaning of the song. he's using harder better faster stronger to further his message and daft punk is using kanye to increase their presence. human after all was a flop, after all. it's a symbiotic relationship. don't hate.
anyone think they can send me the song? all links have been taken down.
I just re-uped the track:

Would it be possible to re-up the M.I.A. track? I thought I had saved it earlier after I first listened to it, but it's not with "Stronger" and it didn't come up in a search.
It would be much appreciated.

Preston.
Human after all may seem like a "flop" to you.
But in the world of Thomas and Guy (Daft Punk), it was in fact, a huge success, as it cemented the fulfillment of their contractual obligations to Virgin, essentially freeing Daft Punk to negotiate future record deals with a huge amount of leverage as well as to pursue and own the rights to all of their future endeavors.
Most of their energy has now been redirected to their live show, which artists and labels alike know, (coupled with merchandising) is by far the largest source of income for an artist as opposed to record sales. (and Kanye's live show vs Daft Punk's... no contest.)
Regardless, if you like the song, you like the song. It's a matter of opinion.
Although, I will say, just because a relationship is symbiotic doesn't mean it's necessarily positive.
Take for example, the symbiotic relationship of the Internet & pedophiles.
The Internet enables pedophiles to fuck little boys and in return, pedophiles make myspace mysterious & exciting.
Ps.
Matty thanks for all your help. We are #2 on the hype machine out of thousands of blogs. You're a beast.
Zombie Shark!, 'Human After All' may have fulifilled Daft Punk's contractual obligations and been a success "in the world of Thomas and Guy", but most of their fans do not live in their world and care little for the business side of the group. The crux of it is they released a rushed and relatively poor album to thousands of expectant fans. Hundreds of bands craft great albums and have even better live shows regardless of their record deals. You can try to justify the album, but Human After All remains a huge flop.
Also; I quite like Kanye's track. It's funky.
How delightful for Daft Punk that Human After All was a success in their world! I'm sooooo happy for them!
(Maybe they can give me back the €15 and 45 mins I wasted though and then we can ALL be happy!)
What is this? some kinda fuckin A&R wack off session??? why dont u guys join the fuckin military and come on in for the big win! i was lookin for a song an it brought me to u fags!!!! Daft punk sucks!!!!! Tiesto rules...
